Givens; \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Competing Business Models in Mormon Cinema,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d by Eric Samuelsen; \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The Mormon as Vampire,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d by James D\u00e2\u20ac\u2122Arc; \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Active Spectatorship: Spiritual Dimensions of Film,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d by Sharon Swenson; and other articles by Travis T. Anderson, Dean Duncan, and Thomas J. Lefler. Also, the recent PBS special, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The Mormons\u00e2\u20ac\u009d is among the films reviewed in this issue of BYU Studies.<\/p>\n<p>In certain ways, Mormon cinema has come into its own in recent years; but in other ways, Latter-day Saints have made use of film for over a century.
