Here are the resources that I usually use to prepare them:

(1) I search The Friend using keywords from the scripture passage. I can usually find board games, crafts, and ideas from old Sharing Times. Don’t be afraid to adapt things or use them for other purposes than originally intended: flannel board figures can be puzzles or puppets or hidden around the room with questions on the back, etc.

(2) I then use this website, which is not an LDS site so you’ll definitely need to use your discretion as to what is appropriate for your classroom. Of all of the sites that they link to, I find NAD Kindergarten/Primary to be the most useful and Mission Arlington to be the next most useful.

Anyway: wish us luck as we try to decide between the four houses on our short list: The MoneyPit, Slightly OverPriced, Microscopic Kitchen but Next Door to Park, and No Soul But Great Potential.

{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false

1

post-3723","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-corn
["GET
