The brick building to the right (mostly obscured by a tree) is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acluutah.org\/index.html\">ACLU of Utah<\/a>.  The next building (note the rainbow flags) is <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Gay_Lesbian_Bisexual_Transgender_Community_Center_of_Utah\">The Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender Community Center of Utah<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Is this the result of some bizarre SLC zoning requirement?  A de facto liberal ghetto?
