Was the flood local?  Sure it was.  That&#8217;s easy.  How do I know?  Simple:  If the flood were global, then <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bycommonconsent.com\/2006\/02\/winning-the-race\/\"><em>Cain<\/em><\/a> would have <em>drowned<\/em>.
