Glory to Ukraine

“When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it–always.” Mahatma Gandhi

  1. In 2006 my daughter, along with the other members of BYU’s national championship ballroom dance tour team, performed for 3 weeks in the Ukraine is some of the most elegant and lovely historic halls that you can imagine. The thought of those being destroyed – along with the lives of the Ukrainian people – just breaks my heart. War sucks.

  2. My parents served missions in Moscow years ago, and apparently one of their elders is now on the front lines. This is hitting very close to home for more members than one might think.

  3. I am on a long road-trip, and my access to information is limited. Can anyone provide information about how to contribute to humanitarian aid for Ukraine? Even better, does anyone know if the Church is preparing humanitarian aid for refugees from the conflict?

    Thanks.

  4. I’ve answered the first of my two questions. Donations can be made online to the CARE Ukraine Crisis Fund.
