Congratulations Craig and Jana

November 8, 2011 | 10 comments

Publishers Weekly announced their list of the top ten religion books for 2011 recently.

Two LDS authors have works included: Craig Harline’s Conversions and Jana Riess’s Flunking Sainthood. You can read my review of Craig’s book here. I am looking forward to reading Jana’s book; if you read her blog, you know that she’s wise and witty.

An LDS Writer’s book was also included in the Children’s Fiction category as well: Variant, by Robison Wells.

BTW, Amazon only has 6 copies of Flunking Sainthood left! So if you want a print version, you’ll need to move fast.

I’m going to get the Kindle version, though. I figure they won’t run out of them, and I can read it during Gospel Doctrine without people knowing :)

Rick–you may be able to hide the text, but you won’t be able stifle the belly laughs. People are going to know :)

Kristine – you don’t think my excuse “Boy, Jeremiah is HILL-AR-IOUS” will work?

I just got my copy of Jana’s book. I expect I’ll be neglecting my homework soon.
