The inimitable ladies of Feminist Mormon Housewives are raising money for Heifer International again this year. This is a charity which buys cows (and ducks and chickens) for impoverished villagers in third-world countries; it’s hard to think of a better cause. If you’re able to pitch in, I encourage you to click over to FMH and help them become a blog full of 8 (or more!) cow women.

mmm….cows. i’d love to have a cow (or goat) in my backyard.
seriously, thanks for posting this K. here’s hoping we do better this year than last.
I know I posted the link, and I love the fmh’s, but I have to admit being conflicted. If I contribute to Pat Rothfuss’s page at Heifer, I get entered into a drawing to win free books. That’s a serious consideration. What to do, what to do?
Thanks for giving this space here, Kaimi!
We’ve banned the associated movie from our house.
Thanks for the link, Kaimi! Thanks to T&S for any moolah you help raise for that Water Buffalo Jesus is a’hankering after . . .
However many cows you gave for your wife, I gave at least one more for mine. She puts up with a lot of bull from me.
