The Pity of the World

February 4, 2009 | 2 comments

Love is compassion and admiration mixed together. Pity and awe.

Walk in on the ones you love sleeping, then deny it if you can.

Christ is the King of worlds and he was born in a manger and he died like a convict on a cross. Those last are not so we can relate to him. No one relates to babies and no one relates to being tortured to death. Those last are for loving him.

There are things that act and things that are acted upon. Christ is all things.
